"If it is a photo, it most likely has been 'photo-shopped."  The word 'photoshop' is being used as a synonym for 'post-processing' a photograph.  Adobe's software, Photoshop, is the gold standard for post processing photos.  I would add that it costs a little gold to purchase it.

However, there are many others available that are great to use, such as, Lightroom, Photoshop Elements, On! Photo Raw, which has become my favorite, and the list goes on and on.

Today's photos have been photo-shopped.  As if one could not tell.  there are some photos that will stand out to me that, with which some processing, could be turned into (here comes more single quotes) 'Photo Art.'

There are a host of widgets to use.  Lens flare, textures, black and White, with a highlighted color, and etc.  Here are some examples.
