A side trip, which became the main event of our trip to Rome, GA was to Caves Springs, GA.  We visited Rolator Park, where there is a cave and a spring that flows from underground.  The spring produces about 2 million gallons per day.

The town of Caves Spring was a delight, but more on that in the next post.

You will notice in the last picture a small white mark.  That is a crevice exposing the sky.
